April Community Round‑Up from Your Local PCSOs

Dear Kingsthorpe Residents,

April has been another busy and productive month for us out in the community. We’ve been tackling local issues, supporting young people, and continuing to stay visible and approachable. Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to:

🚗 Vehicle Seizures – Tackling Untaxed Vehicles

We’ve been taking action against untaxed vehicles in the area to help keep our roads safe and lawful:
- One vehicle on foreign plates was identified as untaxed and removed.
- We also arranged for an untaxed flatbed truck to be seized.

These checks are important in keeping uninsured and untaxed vehicles off our roads, protecting other road users and ensuring fairness.

🌿 Community Work – Problem Alleyway Audit

We carried out an Environmental Visual Audit on a problem alleyway that has been experiencing ongoing issues.

We’ve continued our work in local schools, engaging with students on important topics:

We also held a late shift surgery at Kingsthorpe Jets Football Club, which was very well received.
