Dear Kingsthorpe Residents,
April has been another busy and productive month for us out in the community. We’ve been tackling local issues, supporting young people, and continuing to stay visible and approachable. Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to:
🚗 Vehicle Seizures – Tackling Untaxed VehiclesWe’ve been taking action against untaxed vehicles in the area to help keep our roads safe and lawful:
These checks are important in keeping uninsured and untaxed vehicles off our roads, protecting other road users and ensuring fairness. 🌿 Community Work – Problem Alleyway Audit
We carried out an Environmental Visual Audit on a problem alleyway that has been experiencing ongoing issues. This type of work helps us identify: We’ll now be working with partners to see what improvements can be made. 🏫 School Engagements – Working with Young PeopleWe’ve continued our work in local schools, engaging with students on important topics: All Saints Primary SchoolWe delivered a session focused on: Sunnyside Primary SchoolWe spoke with pupils about: These sessions are always really valuable, and the students asked some fantastic questions. ⚽ Community Surgery – Kingsthorpe JetsWe also held a late shift surgery at Kingsthorpe Jets Football Club, which was very well received.
